Twitter censors user for posting about COVID treatments: A Twitter user tweeted the following: "Ivermectin and HCQ are effective against coronavirus. These were banned early 2020 by gov. Vaccines would never have been given Provisional Approval if an alternative was available. COVID pandemic declared in early 2020. Gov is benefitting and facilitating the biggest scam." Twitter claimed that this violated its "policy on spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19." The user's account was restricted for an undetermined period of time and the tweet was deleted.
