Media Research Center President David Bozell joined the Daily Wire’s Morning Wire podcast Wednesday morning to address the FCC’s incoming ruling on ABC’s The View and its severe bias. The FCC will determine whether The View is upholding its legal duty to “act in the public interest,” while the MRC argues that it is not doing so.

Bozell explained that the MRC submitted over 2,000 pieces of evidence to the FCC proving The View’s political imbalance. He noted that while The View was quick to host President Biden, “The View's executive producer said they would not invite the President of the United States,” Donald J. Trump. But the obvious imbalance reaches beyond this single instance and spans across the entire show:

Bozell argued that The View fails to meet the legal public interest standard required of broadcast television, making its unchecked leftist bias unlawful:

The View is taking its taxpayer-provided access to the public airwaves for granted, as Bozell made clear. Instead of serving the public as a whole—both the Right and the Left—The View is pushing its one-sided political agenda.

If they're going to be designated as a bona fide news program, I'm going to enjoy watching the small army of lawyers stand behind these ladies and have to issue retraction after retraction … If they're not listed as a bona fide news program by the FCC, there's a strong possibility that ABC probably has to kick The View to a streaming platform.

Either way, The View and its leftist ladies are in hot water. Bozell pointed to the show’s hypocrisy and lack of logic, adding, “I call it The Cackle, not The View.”
