Some may claim that any glimmer of intelligence coming from Joe Biden is probably artificial, but now some claim that using artificial intelligence to protect Biden from himself might be the way to go.
No joke folks, no malarkey, fake AI Biden - for real.
Just before the July 4th holiday, the Huffington Post published an op-ed titled “It’s Time For The Biden Campaign To Embrace AI.”
According to writer Kaivan Schroff:
AI-generated content can be tailored to highlight President Biden’s accomplishments, clearly articulate his policies, and present a consistent, compelling message. In an era where visual mediums and quick, digestible content dominate public perceptions, AI offers an opportunity for more effective communication. These AI-enhanced videos could ensure that the public does not make decisions about the future of our democracy based on an inconveniently timed cough, stray stutter, or healthy but hobbled walk (Biden suffers from a ‘stiff gait’).
It seems leftists that once dubbed real videos of Biden “cheap fakes" now find actual cheap fakes of Biden more appealing than the real thing.
Until now, it has been almost taken as a given that using AI renderings of the president would violate some ethical baseline of campaigning. In an ideal world that may be so. Yet, what last week’s debate made clear is just how far from any such ideal our current reality is.
So there you have it. Ethics be damned, the left must remain in power, even if they have to rely on AI to render a Biden who doesn’t come across as senile.
