The Daily Wire podcast host Michael Knowles called for ubiquitous corporate racism to be met with fines and jail time, imploring potential white male victims to sue those responsible.

During the Aug. 14 edition of The Michael Knowles Show, Knowles presented the example of a recent advertisement for an “Entrepreneur Camp” led by tech company Apple. The camp explicitly invited people who are women, black, Hispanic, Latino and Indigenous. However, it notably did not include white and Asian males. In response, Knowles told his listeners, “We have to sue these people.”

Knowles argued that the “law is a tutor” and called on white men to use it. He added, “The only thing that’s going to get these guys to back down is if we threaten to punish them and take their money and maybe put them in jail if they keep discriminating against white guys or anybody—but in this case specifically white guys. White guys, the only people you can legally discriminate against in the United States and that, socially, you’re encouraged to discriminate against.”

Specifically, Knowles said that white men should sue Apple, pointing out that the Supreme Court ruled against racial discrimination in 2023 in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard

Knowles referred to this ruling against race-based college admissions as a “glimmer of hope” that maybe courts would offer no more tolerance to woke corporations discriminating against white men than the Supreme Court had given to discriminatory woke universities.

Knowles followed by giving victims of discrimination their marching orders. “You’re not going to stop de jure and de facto discrimination against anyone merely by angrily tweeting about it or even by holding a rally,” Knowles said. “You’re gonna change that by hitting these people where it hurts in their pockets and threatening them with serious legal penalties if they keep it up.”

America First Legal is signaling its intent to do precisely that. In an Aug. 14 post on X, the public interest organization  wrote, “If you or someone you know are not eligible for this program because of your race or sex, contact us today!”

Jeremy Carl, author of The Unprotected Class, also offered hope for ending woke corporate discrimination. During an exclusive interview with MRC Business on Aug. 2, Carl ripped the “facially illegal” behavior of woke companies like Disney.

Carl said that making these companies pay a heavy financial and political price for racial discrimination could make them follow the letter and the spirit of the law, even if they had previously retreated into more subtle discrimination.
