YouTube deleted legal analysis of Alex Jones' deposition in defamation suit, Then AI magically brought it back: Viva Frei is a popular YouTube blogger offering legal analyses across a variety of current events. Frei joined Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report on Feb 12, during which time he discussed YouTube's removal of his video that was "nothing more than an analysis of a deposition of Alex Jones in his defamation lawsuit," for violating hate speech guidelines, according to Frei. The video was first demonetized then deleted, according to Frei, but later it spontaneously returned and was fully monetized. "[It was] as though the search terms in the algorithm had been modified or tinkered with, and what was taboo two weeks ago is now greenlighted once again, and this happens vice versa all the time," Frei remarked. He also added that in the past one of his videos did receive a warning label, which he "fought tooth-and-nail" to get rid of. Together, those are Frei's experiences with YouTube censorship.
