Rep. Mo Brooks (R)

YouTube removes video of Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) on Steven Bannon podcast: Alabama Senate candidate and current Rep. Mo Brooks shared video of an interview he did with Steven Bannon on the War Room podcast to his YouTube channel, and highlighted the video in a news release on his House web page. In the video, he noted that "in [his] judgment, if only lawful votes cast by eligible American citizens were counted, Donald Trump won." Four months later, leftist site Media Matters for America wrote a story highlighting Congressional candidates who had uploaded video of their appearance on Bannon's program to their own YouTube channel as part of their campaign, despite Bannon's program being banned from YouTube. The site was making the point that these videos were circumventing the YouTube ban. Some weeks after the article appeared, CensorTrack noticed that YouTube had removed one of the fourteen videos highlighted. The Brooks video is no longer available on his channel, and the embedded video in his news release is also unable to load. CensorTrack is monitoring the other videos that Media Matters has attempted to get removed from YouTube through its activist reporting, and will add entries if any others are removed.
