The John-Henry Westen Show of LifeSite News

From YouTube Bans LifeSite News Channel Amid Holy Week

by Catherine Salgado

LifeSite co-founder John-Henry Westen told MRC Free Speech America that his show’s YouTube channel was initially issued a strike and subsequently locked for two weeks, the second strike in fewer than 30 days. YouTube has since banned the channel altogether, Westen added. When clicking on the John-Henry Westen channel now, the only thing that appears is the message, “This account has been terminated for a violation of YouTube’s Terms of Service.”

LifeSite News said the original censorship occurred because of its video critiquing LGBTQ ideology in the Oscar-winning movie Everything, Everywhere, All at Once (2022). LifeSite’s main YouTube channel was banned in 2021, the outlet noted. So much for being allowed to voice Christian beliefs during Holy Week.
