Facebook restricts user's account for comment supporting Kyle Rittenhouse: Eighteen-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse was charged with first-degree murder after he killed two men and injured another purportedly in self-defense during one of the 2020 Antifa riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin. A Facebook user tweeted a snapshot showing that his account had been restricted for 30 days because of the following comment: "[Y]ou mean like sobbing like a 17 year old child who after being chased through the streets by a violent gang of domestic terrorist thugs was forced to take another human life before his own was taken from him. Those who support evil always get what's coming to them. He's a good boy, you're an ass." Facebook's response, according to the snapshot, said the comment "goes against our community standards on dangerous individuals and organizations" and locked the visibility of the post in addition to restricting his account.
