Interview with highly credentialed MD and author of 'Corona, False Alarm' deleted from YouTube: Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi has published over 300 medical articles in the fields of immunology, bacteriology, virology, and parasitology. Yet, his opinions aren't scientifically sound enough for YouTube. An episode from the YouTube show TRIGGERnometry's channel featuring an interview with Dr. Bhakdi was deleted. "YouTube have deleted our interview with Dr. Bhakdi because a spotty teenager in California knows more about COVID than the former Chair of Medical Microbiology at the University of Mainz," tweeted the show's Twitter account. YouTube insists that it allows only scientifically valid information concerning COVID-19 to remain on its platform. But, by not allowing skepticism and debate, and by censoring non-conforming scientific arguments, it can be said that YouTube is actually anti-science. TRIGGERnometry urged their audience to view the deleted episode on Locals, a subscription-based community platform that is supposedly pro-free speech and supports rigorous debate.
