TikTok censors presidential candidate Cornel West's video: Independent presidential candidate Cornel West's official TikTok account shared a video in which he discussed his feelings about the Israel/Palestine conflict. The video was of a Chris Cuomo interview of West on Cuomo's News Nation show, and included some short clips of some of the U.S. university protests in support of Palestine as well as some video of the violence in Gaza. TikTok placed a sensitive content filter over the video, claiming "some people may find this video to be disturbing." Users are then presented with a large button to "skip video," or a smaller button to "watch anyway."
