Convention of States

YouTube censors Convention of States Project for posting video from Tucker Carlson show: The Convention of States Project reportedly chose to share a clip from a recent Tucker Carlson show on its YouTube channel because the guest, Dr. Daniel Stock, was wearing a Convention of States pin during his interview. Stock had recently attended a school board meeting, where he addressed his concerns about requiring children to wear face masks. Video of the meeting has been censored by other Big Tech companies. Carlson had Stock on to discuss his views. As Convention of States explained the content of the video, "Dr. Stock says nothing he can't back up with science. He calls attention to the lack of evidence for mask mandates, and he believes the federal government should be focusing on helping Americans build their immune systems--both through vaccine and non-vaccine methods. That's it. He doesn't criticize Dr. Fauci, claim the vaccines don't work, or say that COVID isn't real. He just asks a few questions and ends the interview." YouTube found that the clip violated its medical misinformation policy, however, and deleted the video. It also issued a first strike to the Convention of States channel, leaving the channel unable "to do things like upload, post, or live stream for 1 week." The Convention of States project stated that it had appealed the decision, but no response had yet been received.
