YouTube deleted Alison Morrow interview with professor who is suing over University of California vaccine mandates: Alison Morrow, a former Fox News producer and environmental reporter, interviewed University of California Irvine psychiatry professor Dr. Aron Kheriaty, who sued the University of California [system] over its vaccine mandates for those who have already contracted and survived COVID-19 infection. In the interview, he debunked some of the arguments for vaccine mandates for the previously infected. "Some vaccines prevent me from getting infected at all and also prevent me from infecting other people--prevent the transmission of the virus. Unfortunately, none of the COVID vaccines do that," he said. Instead, he argued, COVID vaccines can "lower my risk of when I get infected of having severe symptoms or being hospitalized." He referenced an Israeli study that concluded: "natural immunity confers longer lasting and stronger protection against infection." YouTube removed the video because the platform "doesn't allow claims about COVID-19 vaccinations that contradict expert consensus from local health authorities or the World Health Organization (WHO)," according to screenshots tweeted by Morrow's account. She also tweeted a screenshot showing she appealed the decision but YouTube rejected her appeal.
