As this report has detailed, the Biden censorship initiatives were vast, varied and spanned dozens upon dozens of government bureaus and agencies. The Murthy v. Missouri litigation alone provided 162 pages of formal documentation of censorship across four separate government departments (Commerce, Health & Human Services, Justice and Homeland Security.
Despite the mountains of efforts of pervasive, illegal censorship throughout the government, Merrick Garland’s Department of Justice did not just refuse to prosecute any perpetrators, it refused to even launch a single investigation into federal government censorship, prosecutorial resource waste, unconstitutional action or direct work with foreign governments to censor Americans.
