MRC Free Speech America Vice President Dan Schneider warned that a lack of artificial intelligence regulation will lead to the destruction of humanity as we now know it.

Schneider joined the Fox Business Network’s The Evening Edit and commented on growing congressional concerns about the rapid development of AI. Schneider, who has raised the alarm about the dangers of AI before, detailed a chilling story of how AI could become the radical far-left’s “greatest tool” to “socialize America” and cause the destruction of humanity. Schneider cautioned that although there are positive aspects of AI, they are outweighed by the imminent dangers.

“The downside is that it is a threat to our entire existence, the way we think through things, the way we control things,” a fired-up Schneider told host Elizabeth MacDonald. “Social media companies do not want the government to put parameters on them because they like to try to create societies in their own image,” Schneider added of the role of Big Tech in drafting AI regulations.

The rush for AI regulations has prompted several federal agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission, to make AI woke and promote leftist talking points, a point Schneider brought up in the insightful interview. “Artificial intelligence will be the greatest tool the left  — whether we're talking about members of Congress, the Biden administration or these tech companies — the greatest tool they have ever had to socialize America.”

Earlier this year, several Biden agencies — including the FTC, DOJ, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission — issued a partisan joint statement pledging to uphold AI to the so-called “core principles of fairness, equality, and justice.” These words are, of course, mere euphemisms for ultimately pushing AI development toward the leftist’s utopian socialist vision.

Even China recognized the unprecedented power of AI technology as the Chinese Communist Party races the U.S. in molding its AI regulations to reflect the inhumane core values of Marxism. But Schneider warned that the U.S. must beat China.

“We have to win the AI race,” Schneider declared, while also warning against the Biden administration’s attempt to weaponize AI to their political advantage. “At the same time, the companies in America that are supposed to be leading this, they are sort of bought and sold by the Democrat Party and vice versa,” Schneider noted, however, that not all hope is lost. “I can not tell you how happy I am that Senator Josh Hawley is taking this seriously. He is the first Republican in Congress to take this issue seriously. He has recommended five guiding principles. Most of those principles I think are good, but we need to go deeper,” he added. “We have got to protect us from these tech executives who really do not have our interests at heart.”

Conservatives are under attack. Contact the U.S. Commerce Department and demand that Big Tech developers of artificial intelligence technologies mirror the First Amendment while providing transparency, clarity on so-called hate speech and equal footing for conservatives. The official comment period on AI Accountability Policy Request for Comment ends 06/12/2023, but this is just the beginning of our fight to preserve American freedom.
