Anthony "The Mooch" Scaramucci, the founder and managing partner of investment management firm Skybridge, had to eat a huge serving of humble pie while on CNBC.

The former Trump White House communications director turned rabid critic answered for behaving like a principle-free grifter hack on the Nov. 8 edition of Squawk Box. CNBC co-anchor Joe Kernen lit Scaramucci up, “You have had an utter disdain for Trump. You'll always be welcome at the table of legacy media and have people nodding as you trash Trump. That's always going to happen,” Kernen said.

The CNBC host went on to bash Scaramucci for his wrong predictions and his choice to support a candidate with radically different positions on the issues than what he allegedly supports. “Aren't you the slightest bit embarrassed or at least humbled about how wrong you were about the feeling of most Americans -- let me finish -- for enthusiastically supporting a candidate who a majority of people thought had no business being anywhere near the Oval Office,” Kernen said to Scaramucci, who appeared caught like a deer in headlights.

For context, Scaramucci has repeatedly predicted that Vice President Kamala Harris would win the 2024 election and even claimed that she would win the state of Pennsylvania because a comedian made a joke about Puerto Rico

During the interview, Kernen continued to rip Scaramucci over his claims and support for Harris. “And you're a Republican, and you saw the -- all the different policies that she was talking about are anathema to what you thought your whole life and yet you went along with it, do you ever eat any crow?”

Kernen wasn’t finished. He continuously reminded Scaramucci about how much he benefits from milking his anti-Trump grift. Kernen said, “I think [Trump’s] been very good for your career, Anthony. I think he's been incredibly good -- you're here, are you not? You're gonna be welcome anywhere you want to go. He's been very good for you. And you have to live off this for another four years.”

Scaramucci could do little more than interject, “Joe” and whine that he didn’t like how the 45th and 47th president of the United States speaks sometimes.
